Here's the link to my latest Adult Activity and Coloring Pages.
This month I've included a Mandala activity. I have always enjoyed creating Mandala's, even as a kid I was, unbeknown to me...creating them. The activity that's included can be great for kids too. If you have a little one coming home who is having a tough time with classmates or friends, have them do this project right along with you and just see what happens. Another way to use this project is Instead of using someone you're struggling with you can write about an emotion you are having such as depression or anxiety. You can print out the Mandala outline as often as you like.
So why an art activity book for adults you might ask? Well first of all,
it's fun and who can't use a little more fun in their life? I have also
discovered that in creating images either with paint or pen, or just
journaling ideas, is a great for self-growth. There are lots of
self-help books out there that you may have read a few of, now instead
of just reading, you're going to put some of those thoughts into
creative action. You might be amazed at all the thoughts and feelings
that will come to surface from doing these activities. If you want,
journal these thoughts and see what happens.
For the Mandala and the coloring pages, if you can, print on card stock.
WARNING!!! Coloring and painting may cause feelings of happiness and joy!
